I had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The staff were friendly and courteous, and I was impressed by their excellent customer service. They even fulfilled my request for a bed topper, which was a nice touch. The room quality exceeded my expectations, especially considering the price. It was spacious and well-maintained, and the wifi signal was strong. The hotel is conveniently located near a wet market and a neighborhood of shops, making it easy to explore the local area. Additionally, the cleanliness of the rooms was top-notch.

The room is clean and tidy. The staff including the front desk customer service and the housekeeper are very polite and courteous. They greet the customer with smiling face. Their service is good.My husband and me very satisfied with their good service. We will stay again for our next trip.

The room was compact but clean and beds comfortable. The bathroom was the best feature with the fantastic rainforest shower.

The sound proof system could be better. As the hotel is next to a club, loud music could be heard late at night. There was also only 1 lift and during peak hours took time to reach each floor.

It is conveniently located near Gongbei Plaza underground and within walking distance from Gongbei Immigration complex. Guests can also enjoy easy access to major shopping stops like Vanguard shopping Center and Gongbei Port underground plaza. The staff is attentive and friendly, providing excellent service. The rooms are clean and comfortable, with well-equipped bathrooms. The hotel offers a delicious breakfast and a variety of facilities for guests to enjoy, such as an aroma therapy experience and travel kits for purchase.

During our stay at Kingdo Hotel, we were impressed by the attentive service provided by the staff. From the receptionists to the doorman, everyone greeted us with genuine smiles and made us feel welcome. One particular incident stood out when we encountered an issue with our room phone. The reception staff went above and beyond by offering us the use of his personal mobile phone to make an important call to Shanghai. We truly appreciated his kindness and willingness to help.

Although there were a few minor drawbacks, such as the muggy hallways and limited vegan options for breakfast, the exceptional service and thoughtful gestures made our stay at Kingdo Hotel a memorable one. I highly recommend this hotel for its attentive service and warm hospitality.

The staff at the front desk were very friendly and helpful, despite the language barrier. They went above and beyond to make our stay comfortable. The location of the hotel was perfect, right in the center of the city. We were just a short stroll away from the mall and the beautiful seaside. It was also convenient to get around the city, with taxis taking us to our destinations in just around 5 minutes.

We highly recommend this place to anyone visiting Zhuhai.

Most important factor is that the hotel look new, room cleanliness is acceptable level and located in the heart of the city town. Very near to all the shopping streets, entertainment centers and restaurants.

Next to a busy night club and the hotel is providing hours rate for special services for the night club guests.

The staff was really helpful and took initiative in assisting us in discovering different aspects of the city. The room was clean.
